Disgusting, gross, unacceptable,
Positive: Nothing
Negative: Everything. We paid for early check in. The place was disgusting. Dog feces on the floor. Cock roaches. Smashed food on the floor. The bath tubs were full of dirty towels and wash clothes. The beds had the dirty linens on them. The mattresses were stained. I would not let my grandson touch the floors. We did not stay not even 1 night. We walked out and found a new place.

It was ok.
Positive: We arrived and the location was good, lots of space and close to the water.
Negative: The day we arrived the property was super dirty. We had to go buy supplies to clean it our self to make it comfortable for us, although the charge us $350 for a clean fee, we made sure the house was left better than we found it so the next guest would have a better impression as the walked in. Definitely they need to hire a new cleaning staff.
